Payment
Wavell Distribution ApS accepts payment with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MobilePay, ApplePay & Klarna. The amount for the goods is only charged to your account when the goods are dispatched. In the case of partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is charged. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. Wavell Distribution ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read. We do not charge card fees.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
We charge the amount when we send the item, or the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
Shipping
Wavell Distribution ApS delivers on all weekdays. We deliver the package within 1-3 weekdays. Your package will be delivered with GLS.
Wavell uses standard delivery to a parcel shop with GLS. Shipping costs are always free for the consumer for purchases over DKK 398.
For purchases under DKK 398, the price for delivery is DKK 19 to the nearest parcel shop and DKK 39 for home delivery.
Refund
If a refund has been agreed, the agreed amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last batch or part. The period means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can send an email to support@wavellaudio.com.
When returning and withdrawing, please attach the standard withdrawal form, which can be foundhere.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
Right of withdrawal for part of the purchase.
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order. Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be withdrawn:
Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have received a clear personal touch.
Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transportation.
The condition of the item when you return it. If the item has lost value, and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it works, you can only receive part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's market value, and in certain cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item's value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
The item is sent to: Wavell Distribution ApS, Elmegårdsvej 12, 8361 Hasselage. We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Terms and conditions - Extended Warranty on IT Products

In general
1.1 This extended warranty (the "Warranty") is an option that can be added to the purchase of IT products from Wavell ApS. By purchasing and accepting this extended warranty, the customer ("Customer") agrees to the terms and conditions described below. 1
.2 The warranty only comes into effect after the purchase of the extended warranty and applies in addition to the normal product warranty for IT products.
1.3 The customer must be aware that this extended warranty only covers products purchased from Wavell ApS and not any accessory products from third parties. -
Duration
2.1 The extended warranty takes effect immediately after purchase and is valid for two years in addition to the normal product warranty that comes with the IT product.
2.2 The customer must keep the original purchase receipt or invoice as documentation for the purchase of the extended warranty. -
Coverage area
3.1 The extended warranty covers the same types of faults and defects as the normal product warranty for the specified period of time.
3.2 The customer must follow all applicable instructions from the manufacturer regarding use, maintenance and repair of the IT product in order to maintain warranty coverage.
3.3 The extended warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by unauthorized repairs, incorrect use, neglect, accidents, abuse or other causes that cannot be attributed to the product's original condition or manufacturing defects. -
Product basket and choice of guarantee
4.1 If the Customer has several products in his basket and only adds one "extended warranty" to the order, the extended warranty will automatically be added to the most expensive product in the order.
4.2 The customer has the option of choosing the extended warranty for several products in his basket by adding the relevant amount of "extended warranty" to each desired product. -
Return and refund
5.1 The customer may return an IT product covered by the extended warranty if it is damaged or defective, subject to the terms and conditions set out in our general returns policy.
5.2 If the Customer wishes to return a product that has the extended warranty, the extended warranty will also be canceled for that product and the Customer will only receive a refund in accordance with our general returns policy. -
Limitation of liability
6.1 Wavell ApS assumes no responsibility for any damage that occurs as a result of the use of the IT product, regardless of whether it is a warranty-covered fault or other causes.
6.2 Wavell ApS disclaims any responsibility for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages that may arise as a result of the use of the IT product or the inability to use it, regardless of whether it is under warranty or not. -
Changes in terms and conditions
7.1 Wavell ApS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions for the extended warranty when necessary, without prior notice. 7.2 Changes take effect from the time they are published on [Company Name]'s website.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number. and email address. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Wavell Distribution ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. The data controller at wavell.dk is Wavell Distribution ApS. You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Access to complaints If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact support@wavellaudio.com If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to: Nævnenes Hus Toldboden 2 8800 Viborg www.naevneneshus.dk
In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
